OPPO is gearing up to release the OPPO Find X7 series soon, and recent leaks suggest that the devices will come with flagship specifications. There have been numerous rumors, especially regarding the design of the Pro model. However, a recent report contradicts the expected design of the Find X7 Pro.
Confusing claim about the upcoming OPPO Find X7 Pro
Live images of the OPPO Find X7 Pro were shared last week, revealing a hexagonal camera module. Nevertheless, Digital Chat Station, a reliable source for leaks in the industry, refutes these claims and images, stating that the model will feature a circular camera island, similar to its predecessor.
Previous leaked reports about the smartphone suggest that it will boast a primary camera with Optical Image Stabilization (OIS) and a 50-megapixel LYT-900 sensor, claimed to be a new version of the 1-inch Sony IMX989. Additionally, it is expected to include a 50-megapixel ultra-wide-angle camera and a pair of periscope telephoto sensors. The OPPO Find X7 series is anticipated to be released at the end of January or the beginning of February.
The smartphone will feature a curved and perforated display on the front panel, with slim bezels.
The OPPO Find X7 Pro will be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 processor. Qualcomm continues its collaboration with TSMC for the new chipset, manufactured using the 4nm process. The processor will consist of one 3.3 GHz ARM Cortex-X4 core, three 3.2 GHz ARM Cortex-A720 cores, two 3.0 GHz ARM Cortex-A720 cores, and two 2.3 GHz ARM Cortex-A520 cores. The new chipset will also feature the Adreno 750 graphics unit with Ray Tracing support.
